So what better way to serve a cocktail but inside the ice. Your guests can then break the top of the ice sphere in order to release the cocktail.
You will need the following:
- Sphere Ice Mould I bought mine from here
- Syringe/Turkey Baster/Jug with very steady hand
- Straws or Small watch hammer
- Cocktail of choice
Fill your mould to the top and put in the coldest part of your freezer, mine has a super freeze button which I use.
After about 1 hour 15 mins you should see that the very top of the sphere is frozen. Once the top has frozen, turn upside down and return to the freezer.
Leave for a further 1hr 30min to 2hrs. (You might need to alter the times depending on your freezer.)
