I’ve been making homemade pizza for over two years now. Homemade dough. From start to finish, it takes about 2-3 hours, including rising time. Usually baked them on my pizza stone at 500 degrees. No sweat.

 

Then I found a new technique … two, in fact, that have changed my mind on I will make pizza from now on. Plus a new recipe. Amazing. Best pizza I’ve EVER made, by far.
